Official Newsletter of SHFEA TRAIL DEVELOPMENT – SAM HOUSTON NATIONAL FOREST SHFEA has joined the Sam Houston Trails Coalition (SHTC) which is a group of interested organizations and individuals wanting to develop trails in the Sam Houston National Forest.  We are also encouraging individual memberships – the more involved we all are, the better our chances for getting grant money for trail development.  For information on SHTC: http://www.facebook.com/SamHoustonTrailsCoalition SHFEA will be taking an active part in developing the grant for equestrian trails.  If you have any input or concerns, you can express them by joining SHTC and attending meetings, contact Chris Hardy of the SHTC (mcrider@hal-pc.org) or contact Marilyn Kinney or Cindy Mettes of SHFEA.
